Trevy

Trevy is a real estate email marketing and analytics platform built for property managers and agents across the US. What began as a simple AI-powered email generation idea grew into a full automation platform once integrated with Follow-Up-Boss (FUB), letting agents build highly personalized outreach based on client interest, property visits, interactions, and behavioral insights.

CHALLENGE

Real estate agents needed truly personalized marketing at scale, built from a simple AI email idea into a platform that could compete with tools like Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, and Salesforce. Getting there meant extensive data scraping and multiple AI training iterations to generate human-like emails, an interface overhaul under a hard deadline, and stabilizing infrastructure through unexpected server issues during staging.

SOLUTION

Rev9 built Trevy across five development phases. Phase one introduced an AI-powered prompt engine on a Next.js and Laravel stack, with AWS Lambda executing prompts and MongoDB storing user data. Phase two integrated Follow-Up-Boss so AI could generate tailored email content from CRM interest and activity data. Phase three added a visual automation builder with triggers, conditions, and actions powered by React Flow. Phase four expanded the platform with custom SMTP options, Stripe billing, separate admin and agent panels, tracking pixels, team management, and analytics. Phase five was a two-month sprint to a live showcase at FUBCON, including a full interface overhaul. Rev9 is now working with Trevy toward full operational independence from FUB.

OUTCOMES

Trevy delivered an AI-powered prompt engine generating human-like, personalized marketing emails; deep Follow-Up-Boss integration turning CRM data into individually tailored content; a visual automation builder with custom triggers, conditions, and actions; and a production-ready platform showcased live at FUBCON after less than two months of focused development. The build spanned five delivery phases, shipped ten signature features, and brought together fifteen technologies end-to-end, with the platform now working toward full operational independence from FUB.
