Ewaiver Pro

Ewaiver Pro is a digital waiver program created around 2016-17 and onboarded by Rev9 Solutions in 2022. It was already live with active users, but its basic data-entry and e-signature functionality lacked customization, integrations, and technical support to meet modern users' needs.

CHALLENGE

Ewaiver Pro's tool only let users enter data and sign a digital waiver, with no customization and no integrations. As user demands grew, the platform needed more than a UI refresh: a smart, secure, and customizable system capable of building full legal documents.

SOLUTION

Rev9 rebuilt Ewaiver Pro in phases, starting with a stable document builder that laid the foundation for everything that followed. Conditional logic and multilingual support extended the platform's flexibility and global reach, while deep third-party integrations, flexible multi-tier subscriptions, a drag-and-drop interface, a Kiosk system for onsite sign-offs, and a modernized, more accessible UI rounded out the transformation.

Ewaiver Pro has grown from a simple e-signature tool into a versatile legal document-builder platform, linked with thousands of other apps and trusted by modern businesses, high-risk professions, and legal entities. Drag-and-drop document building with conditional logic, multilingual support, a Kiosk system, deep third-party integrations, and a multi-tier subscription model now let the platform scale the way its customers actually grow.
